"Wow! NHS at its best."

I have just had an operation for Carpal Tunnel release and every single person who had any contact with me was friendly, polite, professional and caring. The staff were all busy, all of the time, it felt like the whole hospital was being used in the most efficient way it could be and that every patient mattered. It took a long time to be discharged but this was not because people weren't working, it was because they were all working...trying to care for and discharge other patients, I would like to express my sincere thanks, you were an amazing team!
