"long delays and poor communication"

Been left in agony after previous surgery, now require revision surgery after been left with bent fixed leg in valgus position with unstable knee. Made many phone calls to hospital to try speak to someone about it and simply been told they don't know of anyone and to just put in a complaint to pals. Eventually was given name of someone who shredded to look into having surgery else where due to waiting six months already, only to find they have now left the trust and hasn't recorded any information to pass on to anyone else to deal with. Rung hospital again to start the process again and given promise of return call back but sit Sat waiting for this to happen. Hospital have no idea when I will be having surgery so have asked my own go to look at another hospital..
