What could be improved

the manner of staff, especially those in the reception, i waited 10 minutes to be seen, while 4-5 staff were there. Also, i then had to wait 40 minutes for my initial assessement. When saw doctor, over an hour later, he said i would need a dressing and walked off, leaving me to wait another 10 minutes for a nurse. i was absolutly appalled with the hospital, and hope to never visit agai

Anything else?

a child was sick whilst i was waiting, it took 15 mins to be cleaned up, during this time, no notices were used to alert other patients.
