About: Darent Valley Hospital

Having waited 40 minutes past my appointment time in a dingy corridoor (and spending £40 on taxi fares!!) to see the vascular 'expert', I was absolutely disgusted by the dismissive/couldn't care less attitude of the person - who, of course, didn't deign to introduce themself to a mere 'mortal' like me - I eventually saw for approx. 5 minutes. My cats receive quicker - not to mention more courteous and superior - treatment at the vet than I received. I will now be seeking a second opinion but certainly not at Darent Valley.
