"Varicose vein operation to right leg."

Arrived on the day ward, very sparse but very clean. All staff more than helpful, very attentive. Informed of procedure and time scale of surgeons visit. Taken to theatre in a dignified manner. Theatre staff informed me of procedure and events. Excellent care and attention from recovery staff. Excellent care and attention from all the staff on day ward. Leg healing very slowly re pain and discomfort but on the mend. Given detailed info for ward number etc in case of problems once home. Excellent standards and care. Thank you very much for the toast and tea whilst recovering. Definitely will book same when having left leg done, which is very soon I hope.
