"Appalling and useless"

About: Kingston Hospital

I was retuning for a check up for "mallet finger" arrived early for my appointment, the receptionist laughed in my face as I asked where to go, as I arrived at the out patients wing, I was told I was 2 hours late and I would have to wait, yet my appointment card clearly read 11:10am. Further more the doctor I was seen to merely asked me to remove the guard, close my fist and wth nothing else said told me to go. Extremely rude and no patient care what so ever.
