"A&E just fantastic"

Arrived p.m. at very busy A&E with husband who had collapsed at sisters on visit. Could not have had better attention. Reception extremely helpful, fast testing, lovely understanding young doctor and got a diagnosis and tablets that are making a difference. Everyone 'rattled' but the service was fantastic and assuring. Special thanks to those who came up just to ask 'do you need anything' and the young volunteers that kept the tea and biscuits flowing. What a contrast to Arrowe Park on Wirral. Thank you, thank you. We are now heading in the right direction.
