What I liked
The staff were friendly and took time to explain what was going to happen. My procedure was day surgery so I was in and out in a day. It was all very efficient, clean and well organised.
What could be improved
Some of the written patient information could be better presented and more detailed.
Anything else?
The nursing staff were particularly considerate and helpful.
