(as a relative),

The IRIS team who have been assessing my mother were very good, caring, patient. Coaxing her to take her medication as she has often refused care in the past. The IRIS team are now handing over to the carer’s. I hope mum will accept these new carers. Thank you to all the team who have been helping our mum.
