"I was very happy with my consultation"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I find this form difficult to fill in as most statements do not apply adequately.

My first experience was waiting for an appointment and nothing happened. I was just about to phone when I got a call from the hospital to ask why id missed my appointment. I had not received a letter.

My appointment was rebooked and I was very happy with my consultation and the lovely people I encountered. Sadly I was unable to see the doctor who was on leave and had to wait a number of weeks for an appointment with her (I would have seen her the same day if I’d known about my previous appointment). She was also lovely and most helpful and I am busy trying to keep up with the changes she has made to my medication.

I am now waiting to be included in an exercises class to which I am looking forward to.
