"First class service throughout"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

This is my second experience of TRAQs and both times with first class service. The recent activity I received notification of my appointment within 2 days of my appointment with my doctor when he advised he would refer me to a specialist.

Telephone and text message follow up was received confirming my appointment and requesting my confirmation to attend. Service at the hospital was again first class with minimal waiting time and clear explanations of treatment/procedure required
