Appointment made with Dr Wright at Shawbirch Medical Practice. Dr listened to me very well and dealt with all my questions in a confident, professional manner. She explained about my referral and I left happy. After a couple of days, TRAQS called me and gave the options available to me. Again very helpful & professional.
