"Comfortable and at ease"

I had an Endoscopy at BGH this week. I was very impressed with the procedure. The appointment began on schedule. Gillian, the nurse who briefed and debriefed me has an easy, relaxed, friendly and pleasant manner. She took time and care to run through the 'pre flight checks', explained the process carefully and made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Sister Henderson who carried out the procedure was professional, courteous and efficient at all times. I was kept updated throughout. My overall impression was of highly trained, efficient staff working together as an efficient, professional team. The environment was neat, clean, contemporary with modern Japanese equipment. Overall I was very impressed with the care and attention I received at the Eade Endoscopy Unit.
