"From Admission to Discharge"

From admission on Sunday afternoon to discharge on Wednesday evening I received nothing but cheerful care and consideration. I felt as though everybody treated me as though mine was the most important case they've ever dealt with. From diagnosis in A&E through iterations of plastering, surgery and post op the level of care was first class. I've never been in doubt about the importance of a fully-funded NHS and my recent experience has reinforced that belief. Special people work in the NHS taking care of us, we must take care of them and their organisation in return.
