"Appalling care from dermatology"

Absolutely appalling care provided by the dermatology team here been left for 5 months with no communication from doctor. I have been having to ring numerous times being told they have passed the message on to the doctor in question, who will be in contact when they are free. Just left suffering with my condition getting worse by the week! Have raised the issue in the past with the pals team when out of sheer frustration, and feeling more and more depressed about the situation, I went to the hospital to speak to somebody face to face (which failed as they would only talk to me via the telephone in the outpatient reception area) A lovely person in the pals team did manage to get the doctor to give me a call and update me, but was just told they are still waiting on some decisions and to call back in a month or two!
