"I attended minutes for an eye problem"

About: Tiverton and District Hospital

I thought the person doing my eye test was very abrupt, there was no feed back on waiting times. There seemed to be a lot of staff doing other things instead of tending to patients. There were only three patients in the waiting room. I felt that I was ignored until called in for treatment. Once I was called in for treatment I was attended to very well and very satisfied with my treatment. I have no problem waiting for treatment for as long as it takes if the department is busy but this did not appear to be the case.
