"Treatment Centre"

I have absolutely no complaints on the care I have received from the Breast Care Team including Geddington Ward and those unseen folk in theater. They were all caring and understanding, knowing when to smile and joke and when to be serious and listen/explain. Also the staff in the MRI unit and Nuclear Medicine dept. All were considerate and professional making a stressful time as good as it could be. The Treatment Center seems to me to be a well designed modern space that inspires confidence that your treatment will also be of a high standard. Bright and clean.The time between appointments was reasonable with no undue waits in between. If I have one less than positive comment it is about the Haematology department. I have no complaint about the staff but the whole area needs refurbishment.(even a lick of paint and removal of the over abundance of posters!) Grateful thanks to you all.
