To whom it may concern,

Please can you give my heartfelt thanks to ALL the staff in A & E, Acute Ward and Ward 8. I was admitted on Thursday on the 7th May and left at on Saturday 10th May.

The treatment was first class and the food is really very good indeed. I shouldn't have been a patient, but that's another story and I am getting my life back on track thanks to the caring, professional staff at the hospital and the support of my family. I doubt my life will be easy for the foreseeable future, but thanks for giving me another chance and I am keeping to all the promises made with my GP says I have already come a long way in under a week.

I last stayed at WPH in May 1982 and the experience was not good, it reinforced all the bad stories that I had heard about the nursing, food and standard of care, however the surgeons were first class.

Once again thank you very much, needless to say I am singing the praises of WPH at every opportunity I get.

Please let the staff know as they need the positive feedback as they do all work so very hard, I really mean that I sat and watched them for two days.
