"Fast tracked!"

I had to visit the Jasmine Suite the other day. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment and called me in already. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The doctor has requested a couple of diagnostics so I had to go to the scan department. I only waited for few minutes and I was called in. All staff there were very friendly and treated me with dignity and respect. At the end, I had to have a procedure done. All these happened for an hour and half. It was fast and brilliant. I just wish that all NHS are like that so patients don't have to wait too long for their appointments and would be treated sooner than later. I'd like to thank everyone from the Jasmine Suite, down to scan/ultrasound department and the receptionists.
