"brilliant staff. highly recommended"

I came home today after 4 days in the manor. it was truly a heartbreaking time. the worst of my life but every single member of staff I had thevpleasure of being looked after by were truly amazing. from being induced right up until discharge they helped me more than I could ever put into words. myself and my little boy were looked after brilliantly. I will say I read these reviews before I was admitted and it did worry me but I had nothing to be worried about. the place was spotless, meals were hot and filling and there was always a shoulder to cry on and I did alot of that. im not sure if allowed but would like to mention three members of staff, they looked after us with exceptional care and made me feel so safe at such a hard time. I was alone and terrified but you people made a massive difference.
