About: Mansfield and Ashfield Memory Assessment Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Attended the Memory Assessment Service at the Mansfield Community Hospital

Seeing the same person throughout really helped as you didn't have to keep saying the same thing over and over and being given the information pack at the diagnosis was good as we could take it home and talk about it all as a family

A real person-centred approach
