About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

What gives an employee in the nuclear medicine department the right to discuss a patient's future treatment in other departments with that patient before he has seen a consultant for the first time to even be given a first diagnosis? It is no good saying the extra CT scan and MRI scan have been booked, when the patient has not received any notification? Talk about making a stressful situation worse!
