"My treatment in Elmstead Ward"

Went for a colonoscopy feeling very apprehensive and very frightened. The nurses were absolutely lovely and attentive. They explained everything to me about what was going to happen. It was over in no time and not at all painful. Had tea and toast which was very welcome as I hadn't eaten for a day. All the complaints about the hospital are unfounded they all work so hard and I couldn't have been treated better. My Thanks to all the lovely hardworking staff.
