"Speedy, high quality and kind"

I attended Broomfield accident and emergency department with suspected broken wrist. East of England Ambulance paramedics were wonderfully kind and skilled. I was seen quickly in A & E in about 15 minutes and transferred for x days within 20 minutes and plastered in sbout 30 more minutes. Everyone was professional, caring and provided high quality care Service was quick and well integrated and everyone knew what they were doing. Thank you very much to all the wonderful and skilled staff.
