"hand surgery"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Day surgery first class particularly aftercare including hand therapy. There were waiting times, usually 1hr but feel its hardly the fault of the staff. There seems to be more intolerant patients than caring staff. My own experiences were only positive and watching & hearing moaning patients made me angry and ashamed.

Dear Robert

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us this helpful feedback. We are delighted that you received first class treatment at the hospital as this is what we try to give to patients every day. I hope that you are making a good recovery and wish you well for the future.

If you ever need to speak to anyone about a problem at the hospital or share your positive comments with us directly then please contact our PALS staff on PHT.PALS@porthosp.nhs.uk who will be pleased to hear from you.

Kind regards

Marion
