(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Took far too long, waiting was stressful - was much better when 2 people were weighing.

Didn't like being in the toilet. I think if someone wanted to talk privately they could ask.

Dear Parent

Thankyou for your post and I am sorry about your experience in the baby clinic. From next week the toilet area will not be used for weighing. Another room has been identified for private discussions with the health visitor.

I will also discuss with the Health visitors manager about the issue of waiting for too long and the stress it caused you. I hope your experience next time is better.
