"Felt at ease"

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

On visiting the dentist at Mary Potter Health Centre, my son was extremely nervous. The dentist and nurse put him at ease and by the time we left he felt alot less anxious and agreed to come again. They took their time with him and put him at ease. Hopefully the next visit will go as well. I am confident.
