What I liked

i was extremely impressed with the care i recieved from all of the staff of the EPAU during my time with them whilst i was having a miscarriage. They were very supportive and let us have as much time as we needed.

What could be improved

There should be more clinic time available as when my gp contacted them on wednesday the earliest appt they could offer was on monday and when you are bleeding during pregnancy having to wait 5 days to see someone is disgusting considering the amount of babies being born in milton keynes there should be more services available.

Also there needs to be some consistancy in the advice given within the hospital as the staff at epau said one thing and the staff on sau after seeing them for follow up blood tests because this is confusing and whilst you are grieving for our loss being conflicting advice does not help the situation.

Anything else?

Having to pay £2 parking charge when only being at the hospital for a blood test which takes more than 15 mins but less than an hour is rather expensive.i think there needs to be another charge level cheaper
