"GATE 40 Wrd 38"

Came in for day surgery 15/04/15 from booking in I was treated with courtesy, the nurse who booked me in and looked after me until I went to theatre was absolutely first class, it was the first time I had broken a bone not to mention having a op, but they were very understanding to the fact I was terrified and did everything to keep me calm. Anaesthetist, consultant, theatre staff were all very caring professional and understanding as I could not get my blood pressure under control. Ward 38.I had to stay over night which did not help my blood pressure, nothing was too much trouble care was professional whilst empathising with the fear I had of being in hospital. The nurse who looked after me the next day went over everything with me even showed me my x-rays I so I knew what was going on, they kept me calm and checked on me all day, .All I can say is first class service many thanks Pauline
