"Bluebell B Nursing Staff very rude and unhelpful"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Came to visit my father at Queens Hospital Bluebell B Ward my first time however, shocked with the shortage of Nurses and unhelpful members of Nursing team. When speaking to the Nurse about my fathers care nurse was yawning away. I am appalled maybe they are over worked?? I think this Ward requires compassionate and caring Nurses. Poor management.
