My Partner:-Attended for cystoscopy wanted to use loo, was told to keep shoes on and directed to a toilet which was a shower room as well and a pool of water on floor, coming our slipped went right across corridor into wall, four nursing staff chatting further down corridor saw and did nothing if was elderly patient would have been serious problems. a second apt with ultrasound no one there to direct where I was going and the sonographer held the bottle of liquid high and just poured on me which was cold and made me jump, better treatment in a third world country!!!! This was during February/March
