"Wonderful"

From the reception staff's efficiency and warmth, to cleaners passing by giving directions with a smile, to the amazingly gentle doctor and assistants when I had an HSG x-ray, the level of human kindness here is astounding. I've been to other hospitals in and around london and been met with coldness and rude staff, but Hammersmith hospital is full of kind, smiling staff who bend over backwards to help. This is a clean, efficient hospital that the NHS should be very proud of!
