I am currently on the phone to Whipps Cross hospital trying to get them to change the date of my wife's appointment. So far I have been put through to 5 different department none of which seem to pick up the phone. For the last 2 days I have been calling a total of 3 hours I have been told you need this department I will put you through. I have then waited for 10-15 mintues each time while the phone kept ringing before hanging up and trying the main switch board again. I just spoke to the main switch board operator told them all the above. The member of staff put me through to the main appointment number who have put me through to the department I wanted. I have beat the Whipps Cross phone. Only wasted 45 minutes today. Could have walk it there and spoke to them in person quicker.
