What I liked
I am an American who got really sick while on vacation in the UK. I was so impressed with the level of service I received in the emergency room. The triage nurse was very good about getting me seen by a doctor asap. I was always treated very well. My total time spent in the emergency room was 2 hours. Comparing that with the States, there's no comparison. I would probably spend all day and night 12 hours or so in the States. I love your National Helathcare system. The hospital is very well staffed with pleasant and caring doctors and nurses. You rock!
What could be improved
I think the hospital itself could use some fresh paint and general maintenance.
