"Excellent care at A and E and TIA clinic"

About: New Cross Hospital

We took my Mother to A and E Saturday evening around 7.00 pm. The receptionist was very friendly, we had a while to wait as it was fairly busy, she had an assessment and nurse was very kind, we had to wait about again then to see a Doctor, who introduced themself and was extremely patient and pleasant. The nurse who took her blood was so lovely, and an appointment was then made for Sunday Morning in the TIA clinic in the Stroke unit. Once again, after a short wait, the Doctor she saw was wonderful very patient and understanding also the nurse she saw. She has follow up appointments due and we are sure this will also prove to be excellent care again. Thank you to all concerned.
