I have had one colonoscopy in the past so knew what to expect.

The service from UCLH was excellent from beginning to end. I was seen within minutes of the time scheduled for my appointment. Different members of staff attended to me, all with different roles and all having appropriate information. I was given only mild sedation so that I could see what was going on during the procedure - better than the first time when I was out cold.

Bravo to professional, efficient and diverse staff at UCLH!
