About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I was called to take my son to a&e children hospital. I was greeted by reception staff who are a real credit to the department excellent friendly etc... I was called in by a rude person wearing blue uniform they called my sons name walked off and sat down with the other staff I walked in and they spoke to me like I was some sort of idiot I had to ask where do you want me to go? Once again didn't take me to the cubical just bombarded me with directions I was seen by the doctor who was fine and clear with information turned out the antibiotics my son needed were not stored in there cupboard so needed them from pharmacy which was due to open at 10 I had to come back which I was made aware off by the doctor already when I asked if it was ok for me too go the same nurse spoke to me like an idiot "we will call you this afternoon" like I had some sort of learning difficulties which I haven't. If the nurse don't like their job they shouldn't be working there rude is my only word for her.
