Apart from being put back on theatre list and having to wait all day in patients lounge as a bed wasn't available for me I cannot fault my 48 hr stay.Ok so the food wasn't 100%.Everything else was professional and friendly.From my two visits to pre - assessment clinic,x-Ray dept,porters,phlebotomist,opd physio and ot,in patient physio and ot,recovery room staff,anaesthetic dept, the doctor and their team,ward staff,ancillary staff I can only say a big appreciative thankyou. Mrs Alaine Blaylock.

Dear Mrs Blaylock, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on here. It is really important to the staff that they provide high quality care for their patients. I can see you've used a number of departments and to hear that your care was good within all of these is lovely. I will pass your comments to the staff involved and the departments. I'm sorry the food was not 100% and if you would like to give me some more information I will inform the catering department to see if there are any improvements that can be made.
