"fantastic service"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

My counsellor Gemma has been inspirational to me. She has worked through my problems with me and helped me to overcome many issues and to lead a more normal life. I am horrified to hear that the service has been decommissioned and the uncertainty that all of the staff have been facing.

It is a credit to their professionalism and dedication that they are able to continue to work with people like myself when they themselves must be working in a very stressful situation facing cuts and changes in the way that their services are provided. It is to be hoped that Sefton CCG have not ruined was is obviously a highly respected and effective service.

Dear Hettie,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm pleased to hear that your sessions with Gemma were beneficial.

As you know any period of change is stressful, but the new provider - Cheshire and Wirral Partnership and Insight - plan to continue to deliver a good quality, effective service.

As from 1st April we are called Access Sefton.

Thank you for your kind words.

Best wishes,

Lizzie
