"Very pleased with the whole procedure"

I was referred to A&E after ringing NHS Direct for advice regarding chest pains. They made an appointment for me straight away at a specified time at the out of hours A&E Department. I expected to wait for a while but was seen by a Doctor fairly quickly and a diagnosis was given. I was relieved that my condition isn't serious and overall very happy with the professionalism of the Doctor and the whole process. Thank you.
