"Staff attitude"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

I would write this about the lack of care and consideration and the aggressive attitude by a member of staff in the assessment department who refused to administer morphine to an elderly man who had just had a fall that was that bad the consultant insisted I looked at the X-ray as it was so bad.

The nurse who did not wear gloves to put a canular in. And…….. you know what, what the point of even writing this sad story, no one will be bothered. Even down to higher up staff who refused to issue a parking form to waver the charges which were £160 plus. In all a bad experience but one that is probably mirrored on a daily basis, what a shame…..
