"No more drop off bays at hospital."

My story I rushed myself to A&E West Middlesex University Hospital with severe pain and bleeding fearing i was loosing my life..I was check at A&E reception at 8:38am and 4 minutes later at 08:42 my parking ticket was issue. It’s absolutely disgusting to issue tickets outside A&E department not even give people 5 or 10 minutes chance see the nurse. Why drop off bays was changed to pay parking bays?!? This is all wrong ...I'm speechless
