"Facial surgery"

I needed a small cancer removed from my face and got my GP to refer me to QVH as it has a reputation for excellence in the area. I was not disappointed. On my first outpatient appointment I was seen almost immediately by the surgeon who examined me and offered me removal of the lesion the same week. I was unable to attend so quickly but was impressed by the speed of the offer of treatment. I had the lesion removed a couple of weeks later and the surgeon took extreme care to ensure the scar is almost invisible, thank you. All the staff were friendly and despite feeling anxious I was put at ease by the professionalism of the staff who all introduced themselves even the assistant to the scrub nurse who I din't see again as I closed my eyes. Sorry I can't remember all your names but thank you. The whole place felt clean and efficient. I would recommend QVH to anyone who needs the treatment they offer. I felt like a private patient being treated in a private hospital.
