In first appointment I was not satisfied with the response provided by the ENT Consultant, however on Second visit I was given more explanation, and further options were presented to me by the Consultant. I have been referred for a "tonsillectomy" You cannot please everyone, regardless of the hard work and effort the Staff puts in ensuring that patients are treated well.
"Pleased with the involvment on making decisions."
