In first appointment I was not satisfied with the response provided by the ENT Consultant, however on Second visit I was given more explanation, and further options were presented to me by the Consultant. I have been referred for a "tonsillectomy" You cannot please everyone, regardless of the hard work and effort the Staff puts in ensuring that patients are treated well.

Dear MoonLight We are sorry to read that you were not happy with your first appointment with the consultant. However, it is good to hear that at your second appointment you were better informed and given more options for treatment.
