What I liked
my wife was left stranded in maternity for a full day with only one hot meal in 24 hours, she got so fed up with the lack of consideration the consultants didn't give her that she signed herself out and left............WHAT CHOICES the nhs says we are entitled to choice, then fails to provide any portsmouth nhs trust is totally disorganised and not fit for purpose.
What could be improved
try employing some staff, then you won't get complaints.
Anything else?
do not let pen pushers make any decisions
