About: Heartlands Hospital

I came to the hospital today due to a GP referral for a brain scan. I was sent to AEC where I was greeted by a member of staff who was so lovely and friendly. I had to give blood (one of my biggest fears), but they made me feel really looked after. I would like to thank them for being so upbeat and professional. They are the best health care professional I have ever been treated by and is an asset to your hospital. Thank you
