Many thanks to my surgeon, Mr 'A', and all support staff, who made me feel relaxed at the Rivers hospital. I received excellent post operative care by everyone who looked after me by nurses, et al, in 'Orchard' ward, making my recovery a pleasurable experience. It was great to see so many smiley, happy staff at all levels and nothing was too much trouble. A classic case of 'Total Quality Service' in a lovely, clean and pleasant environment. Regards KW
