"Stay in day case unit"

Was inpatient on day case unit 15/4/2015, care was excellent from the minute I arrived until being discharged, and in was the last one off the unit. From ward staff to theatre staff, they all work relentlessly hard. I am a NHS manager and would be very proud to have the staff on my team. A particular mention to the young first year student. You booked in an elderly lady of 95, your patience and empathy with this lady were second to none, for someone so new to health care, you did tell me it was your first placement, were amazing, you will go a long way, never change your caring ways - this student deserves some kind of internal recognition! Keep up the good work everyone, it makes going in for a op a pleasant experience instead of one of fear.
