What I liked
Some of the staff were really good
What could be improved
The lack of toilet facilities on a mixed ward was appaling. One toilet for 20 beds.
Anything else?
Some of the staff did not communicate well with the patient and seemed to be reluctant to do basic care. Some went out of their way to be helpful
