What I liked

Friendlyness of a few staff.

What could be improved

More consideration for the patients needs and at least a passing consideration to the patients comments and replies to questions.

If staff talked to each other or read the notes they were supposed to be taking they would not have to ask an extreamily distressed and confused person the same single question over and over again as if trying to catch them out in a lie.

Better communication about what is happening and why.

Anything else?

A and E operatives have a hard job but they seemed to go out of their way to make life harder for themselves and the people under their care for no apparent reason.
